Hey /3/, I don't know if this is the right place to take this, I took it to /v/ but with no takers.
So the Morrowind JVK mod is a copypasta, yeah, but I'd really like to see if there'd be anyone who'd be willing to make the mod as close to the actual pasta as they could? Without it being only playable on DOSbox, lol. Anyone willing to try? Pic related, it's a related pic I found on /x/.

    Here's the last part.

    Pretty interesting read all around.

If anyone does do it, have fun animating the spider man.

Confirmed, though i doubt anyone has the mod anymore, it self deletes after awhile if not in use and most wont be playing it a lot. also morrowind is old as hell.

i'm still leaning that Bethesda itself made the mod, cuz of how well put together it is, even if it looks like a mess when playing.

I played it for an hour or two and gave up. only later (IE: years later) did i realize what it could have been.

ahh well, you win some and some just slip thru your hands like fine grain of sand.

Heh, if I was a game company I would definitely fuck with people like that.

Dunno, the one thing that strikes me as odd about this whole thing is that only one guy ever made it that far into the mod. Having it fuck up your dreams and stuff, okay, fine, creepy shit does that sometimes, but there's a lot of shit in there that I just don't think I can believe. I really wish that someone else did this stuff more certifiably.

i'm pretty sure more people did but just never gave a shit about it. let's put it in perspective, it's still just a game even if it gets all weird.

if i played it now and it got all spooky, i'd just take it as the entertainment it was.

Ever played the text scroll classic: The Prison(er?) i remember booting it up to play and it pretended like it took over my computer and gave it some kind of virus. but it was all just a well orchestrated act.

or what about the gem in battlenet on diablo 2 that if you click it enough it says "Perfect gem activated"? Blizzard never said what that meant but everyone (myself included) knew it meant a better chance at magic loot. even if not i'd still click that shit for minutes hoping to get the perfect activated gem.

there are more examples, but this one is just one of many games where people with imagination really wanted to do something different.

This thread has been very inspiration toward my game development efforts.
