It won't let me delete stuff for some reason, which is a bit disconcerting if you ask me, seeing as I didn't get an email that said 'u fail gtfo' or anything like that... I can't remember what it says exactly when I try to delete stuff but it's FREAKIN' ME OUT GUYS.

Okay I've gotta go to work now so when I get back I'll read, reply, etc.

Help me /j/, you're my only hope.

Apparently, orz is now tmp. So whatever you're attempting to delete something that doesn't exist. I'm assuming you're using the 4chan jani ext... we'll need an update to that thing.
    >> Anonymous 01/06/07(Sat)13:05 No.629
we made some changes last night that changed some URLs. consequently, the extension is broken for several boards.

for the time being, you can still delete posts by clicking the checkbox and typing the deletion password into the box at the bottom, and you can still ban request by reporting a post, going to reports, and clicking the ban request button. you could delete posts that way (through reports) as well.

The file was still there after I refreshed a few times, actually thinking that it might not have been there. But alas.

    >>629

I actually tried to request a ban on something I couldn't delete, and it wouldn't let me do that either.

How long will it take before /y/'s fixed, would you wager?

Thank you though, for your replies.

    Having the same problem...
    >> Anonymous ## Mod 01/06/07(Sat)16:16 No.632
Just use the password to delete files that you got the 1st day of janitoring. It works for /gif/ and I can't delete via the ext., so you guys should be fine too.
    >> Anonymous 01/06/07(Sat)16:17 No.633
00:10 <~moot> we switched some subdomains around, zip<->bin
00:10 <~moot> dinc hasnt updated the xml
00:10 <~moot> and wont for a few days because he is away
00:10 <~moot> so it doesnt realize youre even browsing 4chan on those pages

until damageinc gets back and updates the extension we'll have to do things the old fashioned way.
    >> Anonymous ## Mod 01/06/07(Sat)18:21 No.634
it should be working again (after a firefox restart), if not then shout at me.
    >> Anonymous 01/06/07(Sat)21:32 No.635
Seems to be working in /v/ again, but doesn't appear to be working in /j/. And the Janitor Posts notification is stuck on (70).

Nevermind. Must have been on my end, as it's working now.

Okay now, it won't let me just click the thumbs and have them sprout bigger in the thread. Wtf please. ; ; I got the new extension and everything. I just get the BROKEN PICTURE symbol.

    >>651
i'm pretty sure that's caused by the new interstitial ads. all the thumbnail links now have "src.cgi" in them which the extension probably doesn't like.

So is that ever going to be tended to?

Fuck. That was my favourite part of the extension.
